If item is defective or damaged when parcel is received, item canl be exchanged. Items must be unopened or unused wherever applicable to be valid for exchange.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of purchase or from when you have received your parcel, and provide us the following details:
1. Name or email address used in the order
2. Photos or videos of defect or damaged item
The case will be attended to within 1-2 business days.
All products are sold as is and no refunds will be issued.
